I’m curious how NPC marriage works. They have to be in the same area of work, but is it dependent on personality type, beauty, etc. I don’t wanna do the incest route, but I’m curious will making characters fuck each other also help improve the odds?

I play a lone rooster in the hen house policy and have not married anyone yet, so not sure, but it probably effects happiness and depends on personality as well. Personally, I don't make them do anything amongst themselves, but have found my bi or lesbian companions pleasuring each other very often and have seen happiness levels above 100.

I’ve seen that too, and also despite marrying npcs myself they still try to fool around with others. So it might be a bug.

I don't think it is a bug. If an npc is horny and you have not visited in a while there is a chance for an event with a compatible npc in the same area. During the event you can watch, ignore, or interrupt. I'm not sure, but if you don't want to see the events you may be able to set a no sex policy in the settlement management, otherwise they may pop up occasionally.

If you are talking about the happiness over 100 being a bug, maybe or it could be a bonus for matching an npc with the right job. Ironically, talking to them usually brings it back down to 100, lol.

How to meet Elsa? My Vicent on Journal says to finish Dom´s or Wait. ( Dom´s its done but no matter how many time i wait Vicent never had option to talk )

2nd Head in to the Youth District on a sunny day, after noon but before 4 (1600 hrs). 1 of 2 random events may occur. one just has the NPC reading to some kids, outside. The second starts like the first but at the end, you can talk to the NPC about a school.
3rd After the talk with the NPC, you can build a school, Settlement Management, Bases tab.
And finally you can assign the Teacher to the School

When someone is accepted into the guest house and I enter the cabin during 10 - 12 p.m., this kind of screen is highly likely to appear. Occasionally, however, normal guest events proceed instead.
