In the new update there is a folder female black pregnant. But the gifs are with white women. Is this a mistake, or is it supposed to be like that?
I've been playing for a while now, just managed to build the town gate. But now I noticed, that most of my guests are suddenly missing. I know for sure, because one of those was assigned maid. Another one had the woodcrafter trade. I'm sure they did not go missing by that quest where you have to go search for a missing person. What might be the problem here?

Yes, and I was hoping for this fix, but when using his fixed save, everything bad came back in the following days (days in the game). See the new save (which I already posted) and these screenshots from this save.
I'm betting they left if you read the morning messages. This update seems like guest happiness is bugged, and they don't rest properly even when automation is used.
Least that's the problem I've noticed. So they'll get unhappy and leave en masse.
When you open the folder the game is in, look for an html file. That will start your game
If your Guests become unhappy, they will leave. The number of empty Guest rooms influences their happiness. If you have 10 Guests and 11 Guests rooms (1 empty room), the guests will become more unhappy faster than if you had 15 rooms (5 empty). The bathroom of the guest house has a problem that needs to be overcome. Chances are, no one can fix a corrupt save file, and you'll need to start a new game. Even if the game's bug has been fixed, that doesn't mean your file will no longer be corrupt. That's because it contains data from the version of the game that had the bug, and the corrupted data has been saved to the file. You should do what I do and have multiple save files in case something happens or you need to go back to a previous point.

I have 59 saved files (first save 25/11/2022) and game versions from 52a to 67a. If I understand correctly, that means browsing through saved games and looking for an uncorrupted save...and hoping I find one.

Pic files need to be PNG files, at least they did when I made my own for my mods. After they are in the PNG format cut them from where ever they are and past them in the file path for that NPC's race and number it, I had issues with trying to use names.
ex: Apocalyptic World.67>Images>Custom Portraits>Male/Female/Trans>Asian/Black/Indian/Latina/White
After that go back to Apocalyptic World.67 and right click the index and open with a text document. Use the search to find either a race or 'custom portrait' find the the race that you added the pic to and increase the number accordingly. I'm currently on AW.66 so there are 10 pics of asian women for example, if I added another to the asian folder I would change the text document from 10 to 11 for asian women. Hope it helped
