It's day 262 in the game. I've solved the following Octavia events: "Octavia - burn settlement" "Octavia - eve kidnapped" "Octavia - wolf pelt" "Octavia - the rival tribe ultimatum" "Octavia - tribe medallion give". For a long time I have no news from her. Should I do something to trigger her events, or should I wait until some number of days for events to appear from her?

Thanks for the help. It appears to work now. Although, I thought all the info would fill in once I put in the name. I still have to manually select each portrait and pack.
You can find her the first day if you go looking for her right away. She's in the streets that night. Doesn't matter what you do the rest of the day I don't think. What I did was go straight to the underground city in the morning, check bar and ask about her, check the streets, then alternate between cage fights and checking the streets and checking the wanted posters at the bar, making sure to check the streets after each other thing I did. Not sure if it's guaranteed but I have never not found her the first day doing that.

Sure - pack in any case used only manually. Only decker's pack is complex. But it's for normal girls, not a custom.
one more trick - If You will rename any Guest girl as Isabel or Octavia or Blair - You will receive appropriate animation ...

tried to make some portraits and found a strange difference between their display in wide and narrow (less than 1200px, when the sidebar overlaps the story) window. couldn't find the reason
If you mean the packs that are options built into the main game, the error message actually tells you where to put them. As far as I could tell there were no edits required. Just put them in the right place and click the check box in game and they work.

Should be 1:1, optimal 800x800, png, if more than 800 - sometimes bugged, yes. However if low resolution, not compulsory 1:1

that's a built-in (not my) image. black female 2 if im not wrong. it is 1:1 400x400. i used it as a random example. the same shift happens with every original 1:1 400x400 (not my) image. it is possible this was made intentionally, but im not sure.

Sorry to bug you again, but do you know when we get the quarry. It says I will find it exploring, but I can't seem to find it.
So I found the option to customize a girl and change her to use one of the image packs, but there's a bunch of girls in the base game that I'd like to do that with as well. Is there a way to tell a girl to use say Capri Cavanni's images or one of the other girls in the base game? Or only the packs? Also some of the packs are duplicates for girls already in the base game.
i made a few portraits from random ai images i found online, but almost none of them look "apocalyptic" and i tried but not sure if succeed to avoid my biases about beauty. anyway, if you want a bit more customization,
but you'll need to edit these lines in the index.html file yourself (i don't know if it is possible to add custom .js file):
edit: i was planning to add more, but im having trouble finding good sources for now. i'll try to continue in a week. ttyrke feel free to use any of these if you like
