Once you talk with the bartender, you got 2 days to find her. You can find her the first day keep checking the Underground Streets starting at 20:00 or 8pm. I always find her the first day if the event doesn't trigger I just back out and re-click the Underground Streets till it does.

Just a suggestion, but it would be nice if the base game had the option to customize a girl to use a specific model like the girl packs give you the ability to do. I didn't see a way to do that with the base game. For instance with the girl paks I can tell some blond bimbo I capture to use the Rikki Six model, but with the base game I can't tell her to use for instance the Capri Cavanni model (even though that girl is in the base game).

Car race mini game. (v1. Bare minimum for now but later planning that modifications will give more time, etc)

on day 309 the car is still 74% damaged because i found car parts only once. maybe the first repair should require only 1 car part (until garage quest isnt complete)? or every single car part should fix 100%, just a mechanic randomly 0-5% every day, and damage during attacks should be randomized 5-40% too? only one thing im pretty sure is that cave should have no random and give car parts only.
and some people we meet during exploration could have some random loot like scavengers.
i also dont like a fixed % of rotting food. it plays better when it is limited.
