I understand what you mean, but I think at this point it would be counterproductive to meddle with it too much, as it might slow down progress too much and make you feel like you're not making any progress, which would then make the supporter cheats even more important, and potentially lead to more people complaining. My humble idea would be that in the future, when the game is ready, perhaps a certain number of guests/slaves can participate in training in the fine-tuning, and then random people who succeed in training, or a certain number of people who roll a certain number of dice (e.g., 10 people/dice 1-10), will then progress in training.I am a supporter and have not disabled the submission decay. It makes sense to decrease when not interacting. After all, it's just a "group workout" every 5 days (to be sure). Come on, you can afford to put it in rotation. Actually, it is a time efficient way to improve your guards' and companions' strength. With one session you get a +1 strength to all. It should count as a cheat honestly...
