To go to the well, you're supposed to use the explore option from the car menu rather than go back to Elsa's.

Yeah, but still there was a bug that looped that event. Will be fixed in next patch
I am waiting for your patch before updating from 0.69 to 0.70. Because I have done some modifications according to my preference. I don't want to do it twice .

Not yet, or rather , you can stop Dom but it will be destroyed anyway a bit after. For now at least that is the story.
You only can find blueprint, there is still no buiding project to build it at the base tho.
Yes, when he want to destroy it you can stop him, but it will be destroyed by white paratroopers anyway i think.

Actually I got the church blueprint from Eve, built from the settlement management page, and she moved there
As of Ver 0.70 you can talk to Eve about the new Church, then build it. Settlement Management Menu, Base tab

- Journal. If Rodger died, Blair story might tell to progress with Rodger.

Yeah, i only checked change log after downloaded hotfix. Wanted to start without bugs.
Launch game, click on pack menu, there is links to modpack, download it, unpack it and move files and folder to packs folder, so there should be exact name as pack name and in this folders should be file and mod folder, no addtitional subfolders to the file. As soon as you finish with all mod pack you was interested to instal, load your game or start NG if you want and in game click on pack menu and click on all mods you instaleed it will turn them on in game.
Don't forget to save your game.
Or you have problem with downloading from some of filehosts?
