Update to v 0.70b should fix your problem

0.70b patch: Mega

Fixes:
- Fight. Sometimes all enemies run away before the start
- School. When learned prompt showed, didn't add skill for npc.
- Event [Car] - The Chain Road. If decided to fight, npcs had reduced beauty, not what if you would make a deal
- Event [Car] - The Chain Road. If decided to make a deal caps variable could be broken.
- If basement npc assigned to kitchen, didn't counted work days and couldn't get skill
- Typos
- Fight cage - only guests stats were added/changed after the fight
- NPC marriage. Lesbians agreed to marry (They shouldn't)
- Fixed Laura (any spec character) using default images instead of custom ones.

I can't progress with the "The Stranger at the Door" Event with Elsa. After I decided to let the stranger stay, Elsa asks me, what brings me to them and the only option i have, is to leave. Everytime I'm coming back, they ask the same and my only option is to leave an not to reply something.
Anyone else with this problem?
