Looks like there's a sexchange option now. Is it only for male NPCs to get turned into trans NPCs or do female NPCs get turned into male NPCs too?

I downloaded both of the girl packs and i understand everything else bout the installation except how you modify the index.html file (change the lines).

I don't see where to do that. the cheat menu doesn't appear to have those options and as far as I can tell the patchnote for changing the DOB on NPC's isn't true.

how much gay male/male content is there? is female/male predominant? also how much where MC is gay male sub for a male?
Click on the name of what ever NPC you want to Edit to open their sheet, then open the cheat menu in the left panel. If you don't choose an NPC first, the "Edit NPC" will not appear.

still doesn't show up for me. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Clicking on their name brings me into the interaction menu, and from there I'm just able to talk to them or do other interactions ; there is no change to the cheat menu.

I can only judge from the perspective of a cisgender person. Although gay content is disabled by default, you can enable it in the settings. Even with gay content disabled, MC can fuck as many men as he wants, who are kidnapping various girls and generally being a scoundrel. This is a recurring event. I can't say anything more, since I didn't enable gay and trans content.

In the left hand panel, the icon to the right of the bag (inventory), under the intelligence icon, is the cheat icon
