IIRC its already added the npc's just have to develop feelings with eachother without you interfering (ie: telling them to fuck)

Skipping future content won't happen in fight cage case (just might be that each event will appear after each fight, not after each 10, etc) so that won't hurt future story.
I'm at the Neegan quest where I have to bring him 4 slaves blonde over 80 beauty, i've now brought him 6 slaves like that and the quest still doesn't complete? What am I doing wrong??
It seems they shouldn't be slaves. Release them and take them into the team as companions.

Ah ok, will try that, although then you shouldn't be able to add slaves as companions, very misleading,.
How do you get 2 NPC's to marry? I'm at day 450 seen all the other content and have had a bunch for guests for a while. Seen them going at it a lot as well (which I read might trigger it). Not one event about marriage.

In the club when you invite a girl to live at your settlement after spending some time with her, if she says yes instead of changing you screen you stay at your current one can also click on the capture her button so you get a "clone".

This is incorrect. What worked was this
You have to move them into the guesthouse first, then add them as companions, then take them to Neegan.

I play online the new version 0.48a has the girls mod installed. But when you start your version at new game it says it that new version is out, I clicked there and was online, didn't matter to me but didn't encounter any errors with gif's or videos and with cheats activated much easier to play.

Yes grinding stats and stuffs is a pain at the start..
Edit : Nope, missing also in the Online.. (empty "Choose")
A question.. giving a crossbow to the Scavengers will help them?
The knife don't seems helping a lot, tried also giving them an armor, but still seems they dying enough easy (also with high strength)..
Seems happening less right now.. perhaps had just bad luck with RNG
