Fixes:
- Event [Explore] - Police car. Made car battery as separate "finding". So bigger chances to get it (MC need to have int+30)
- Sex events didn't took into account npc race

Features:
- Added hay in farm shop (if settlement gets burned down)

At least for now Rodger Settlement do not have branches, so it will be destroyed even if you tried to save them a few times before. IDK if it will be changed in future. Eve will come to you(and her setrtlement wil lbe destroyed) after last talk with Dom when you kill him(or not kill him).

Download the zip file. Extract the contents of the zip file. Place the Extended-decker-666 folder into the packs folder in the game. Start the game. Go into the Packs menu in the left panel and put a check mark in the Extended-decker-666 box. Load your save. Everything should work.

You need Youth district, you also need girl guest with teacher skill and meterials to build. You need to enter in Youth place from main settlement map at sunny day from noon until 16 or something and you need to get 2 events, first is event with kids learning, second event go right after first one and girl with teacher skill will talk to you about building school, after this go to your room settlemt management and build school from there. after you build school go there and you will see event with this teacher girl.

Just save your game at 12:00 at sunny day, and try until you get both events.

ok. i've seen this event with "younger poeple" (that's how it's written in the game) four times and still cant build a school. so i had to check the code and what a beautiful piece of art i see:
if setup.percentageChance(30)
so i need a sunny day of all random, started by a chance event, and then even inside this event i have only 30% chance to move forward. LMAO. with no clue from the game, because there is still "not implemented yet" for the school.
it already was bad when we had to move back and forth to find 3 tribal somethings for that girl with a random chance instead of having a "search for thugs" button with a chance of success, and car parts. but this is much worse.

Did you get this 2 events? How long to trigger them?
In my first time it was 4-5 minutes maybe.

My thoughts about it, it is a little hard to trigger some of game events, but with some time it can be triggered.
It will be really hard to trigger them both randomly without any idea how to trigger them
But i played some games with even more hard to trigger events, so no problem

If this is your second go at building the church, I would at least get the ver 0.62.b patch (OP) or search the forum for the Ver 0.63 update, and 0.63a patch
