Dayum... the reviewers are like top level food critics they don't go lightly on you XD
Jokes aside I really appreciate the reviews, even the harsh ones it tells me what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve so please do keep the reviews and comments coming.
Just a note I'm more then already aware of how lack luster the content is since, I made that same statement in my previous comments and overhauling how you interact with them and to what affects that has on the game is a big part of what I'm going to focus on next.
The main purpose of this update was to get the game from a barebones structure to an actual playable state, and content has been rushed in so people have atleast something to see.
Nothing here is final, so keep your eyes peeled.

What can I say? The creator is a pipe fetishist or he has never had one or almost none in his life, that's all I can say, whether he used them (2 of them) and the client in the special room was in the end just a fucking pipe.
Issues I have found.
Some spelling errors.
"as part of there will" their
"solitors" solicitors
"managers quater" manager's quarter
So a good look over all the text or put through an editor would clear up a lot of the errors.
The text on a gradient when it gets closer to the lighter side makes it harder to read.
the text box for naming being hidden unless you hover over it.
"press enter to continue" might want to have a button too for people on mobile.
Different size Steve images when he is explaining
Some text isn't offset correctly, like "renovate basic rooms" is against the left edge.
Not having a way to speed past the little movies like for eating/showering/wait is a bit annoying.
Meals/showering don't seem attached to time, you can get breakfast at night. Which can also make it so I guess the employee buff still gets you a +1 on each action. Thus eating/shower after hotel is done for the day gets you free guests.
Try to get videos lacking all the shitty text if you can. Also if they have audio make it so the player can adjust the audio of the videos, preferably normalized so ears aren't blown out.
Not being able to stay in an area after something happens, like talking to reception kicks you to manager's. Which makes sense to not do those things in public but it also just adds an extra click.
Once you level up with someone there is no point in doing the lesser actions.
having buttons be in predictable positions, rooms are left to right, but in shower and kitchen actions are stacked on top.
Garden and lunch reno has a "title placeholder" and can't pick a resident, might be best to block off from being able to do it for now. Also a back button on PC since you kind of get locked there.
It might be best on premium rooms to do them in sets of 3, so you you build a new floor or reno an area for a set of 3 girls, instead of starting with 9 to reno and having no one for a bunch of updates.

I also have a few remarks, as above
Different staff do not have the same options : you can only talk to nathalie while you can have 3 or 4 actions for the others. So I spent many, many, many clicks on talking to Nathalie. For nothing. A message stating : no more interactions available for now" should appear when you have unlocked every options.
A little indication on what each renovation add to the hotel. Upgrading the hotel means more room, and not more revenue per room (and maybe having both options, expanding the available rooms and upgrading the room to have more revenue per room... And the point of the play room, only to have another staff ?)
Guests are only leaving on friday, why not having guests leaving other days of the week, and letting the staff checking guest by them selves, and allowing us to hire more people at the reception to check in more people for bigger hotels (more guest checking out = more room for checking in new guests)

I've seen those, so let me ask a question: will it be a porn game with management or management game with porn? Those are not similar. And what management is primary: hotel management or self management? Maybe it's better to focuse on one part and leave the second one just for some additional features (this will cut some time before release, as well).
UPD: about game mechanics and GUI in short:
1) Need total income for week and day, when wages (including deposit) will be payed
2) Different buttons for renovated and broken premium rooms
3) Some "End of content" signs (I dunno how many premium room girls may be in this version) or counters (2/2 employee and 1/1 premium room girls)
4) Ability to fire employee (if you want to watch another content)
5) Skip buttons for wash and eat animations

Just wanted to thank you for the comprehensive list of bugbears and/or fixes this is extreamly helpful as it's so easy to miss things when you spend hours staring at your own code/scripts/files, you get very tunnel visioned after awhile.
I have saved your list and will work through the fixes as soon as I get time.

Thanks for your review of the recent build, I did post in the update note of the thread what each character's content level was and there's event numbers shown in the logbook, employee sections but I will see what I can do about making this more apparent.
The idea for hotel upgrade was that adding more capacity to the rooms inturn automatically equals a bigger income but I will have a think about your suggestion when I'm next working over this area of the game.
I like your ideas about more rooms and hiring more staff to hire guest, however this adds another whole level of complexity to the game that I'm not sure is worth thinking about at this time, I have noted it down in my idea booklet tho so it might be something I revisit in the future.

Hey thanks for you review and notes on the game thus far, as per other comments made above I have taken note of them and will assess each thing before the next release.
The fire employee thing was one I had already thought about and was planned as part of this release but I ran into some bugs and problems when trying to implement it so I skipped over it for this release, it's something I'm going to be re-visiting as I progress.

Hey thanks for playing the game can you be a little more specific are you asking about a generic skip the whole day feature or just a way to skip auto timed transition such as batheing and eating ?

This is what i could find about the error that you are having.
What causes WinRAR not enough memory error?
In WinRAR saying not enough memory error, the word “memory” indicates RAM temporary swap space or virtual disk memory, not the hard drive storage space. In case, your system doesn’t have enough Random Access Memory (RAM) to perform the task like extracting or adding files to RAR files. Therewith, you receive the “Not enough memory” error message.
Fix #1: To get rid of this and fix WinRAR not enough memory error, you need to go through manual settings to change the path. Go to Option -> click on Setting -> select Paths and sort ".\" to unzip RAR file specifically to the current directory, instead of the temporary location
It's basically implying you don't have a lot of ram in your system and it's struggling to unpack the file due to it's size, my guess is it's because it contains a lot of chunky .mp4 files.
You can try the fix posted above if that doesn't work you will have to wait for me to release a minor update I am working on compressing each individual video file to shrink the size right down.

But to be honest I extracted larger files than this one , and i do it on a daily bases. also I already researched this and tried this fix but didn't work as well as I have 32 GB of RAM which I don't think will be used max for extracting something right ?!
Anyway what I noticed is your file is .7z but not .zip so would u mind to re-upload it to test maybe it was just corrupted during the compression.

7z is fine, I extracted with no errors. Have you enough HDD space (disk C, D, etc)? Have you tried "extract here" button? Or maybe you have disabled swap file (turn it on then)?Personally I hate compressed stuff I like them on High Quality
