That one is on the sheet of paper that comes out of the printer in Judy's office.
I am already on 6/5 with linda as the MB bedroom scene keeps repeating

As you have to focus on Linda just visit her and Bob in their bedroom every day.
I clicked every part of the paper. Are we sure that card is new? Maybe I collected it before.

- bedroom beach house; above the opening in the wall to the bathroom
- beach; left arch of the rocky parts just above the horizon in the part of the beach between the shop and mom&MC towel
- beach; on the fence right of the shop on one of the yellow parts in the middle
- Judy's office on the paper sticking out of the printer
- Judy's office; bottom right part of the backside of the couch
- headmaster's office; right above his left elbow when facing him (from his perspective his right elbow) BEWARE: due to the visual glitch the card is REALLY hard to find, just spam-click and you will find it

The last one is in the headmaster room.
If the last one is the 40th card, it must be somewhere there. But there is some imagemap bug in that room/coding.
