Those are the Celia scenes. Progress with the blackmailing of her untill you have the Orders option. Order her to make out with the mc, then to have sex with him. Then visit school after the toilet scene a day after.

You need to wait a few days after that 3rd time to receive an sms that invites you over to the twins house again.
