Since H-level can only increase from main story, is it recommended to ignore sidequests for now? Tried to do a sidequest until I'm stuck to H-level 2 requirement. So that means I should focus doing main story first then sidequests once H-level is maxed?

Or are sidequests missable if you advance the story too much?

The sidequests are not missable. If you want to do all the levels of a sidequest after each other, you need to go through most of the main story first. If you want to do a little here and a little there, you can just do whatever. The sidequests are all structured so it won't feel weird to have a long time between the levels.

What's the penalty/risk if I ignore sub stories when proceeding to the final party of main story? I will get spoiled by sub story characters? Or will I get bad ending?

You can finish the "main story" without doing the sub stories without consequences or spoilers. I also seem to remember that you get the last H-level increase before the end, when you unlock the final area.
There is a finale story that requires you to have completed the "main story" and all the sub stories to start it.

i am unable to do mainstory since i need to be H lvl1 and i am unable to get that iu canot do the sex store i canot do the coffee house for Nao and the mushroom challenge and the toilets and i am doing all the main story's
thus far tryd to edit H stats game gets Error

You have to use an item to get H Level 1. I think you automatically get it after the prologue.

Weird, pretty sure I remember being able to play this on joiplay months ago but decided to install the game again and this error appears, afaik it usually means the game straight up isn't compatible with the emulator but this one should be

What's the downside of not using the Desire fragments (aside from no H-level increase)? Do I need to use them to progress? Do I get some benefits other than access to more H-events?

You'll miss out on the H-event's stories. The story's epilogue assumes that you've done all of the H-events. The H-event's endings also feature bosses that drop equipment for Arisa so you'll miss out on those

Also, managed to get the bad-end for the male dorm's slave, but somehow didn't get some of the side scenes.

The routes generally have two ending variations. One for losing to the final boss of the route and one for just letting the route's plot on Alisa go to completion. So for example, in Nao's storyline, you either lose to Bad Clown or finish the training school. The main exceptions are the Stella route with one ending, and the mushroom world route which has three (Beat the mushroom world by following the NTR guy's orders, Beat the mushroom world solo then talk to the love interest, and Beat the mushroom world solo while corrupted, then follow the NTR guy's events in the real world)

thanks I ended up following through with other endings and finding that one, though I didn't need to beat the mushroom world solo while corrupted, what does that mean tho? All I did was beat the mushroom, follow through with the loving guy's story and the following the ntr guy's story.

All that remains now is beating the soapland sub-boss and ending the main story, also checking out the post game routes too.
Heck of a game though, he made peak pink slut with this one.

If you beat the mushroom kingdom without doing the NTR guy's scenes, his events won't be available in the real world. If you're in the pasties and collar costume in the mushroom kingdom while with him, you're corrupted
Also the post game route extensions are massive. Most of them are continuations of the submission ends (don't get to the final boss, just do the scenes) of the storylines:

Then there's one that's a continuation of a defeat scene from the main story, one that's an alternate route from an h-storyline, and one that's a new post-game story that even adds some lore to the game.

Go back to the orc dungeon and look for the sheep. It's a similar encounter to the Night Tail and Mashiro rabbits in the previous dungeons
