Hmm. It's not Sugoi. I'm the one that made the TL so I'm biased, but in my opinion, the TL is readable enough. It's not on a level of professional work, there might be some small mistakes here and there that I missed, but I made sure to be consistent with terminology and names, translated the UI as much as I could and made sure it is completely readable from beginning to end without errors and everything properly unlocks. I even made sure that you don't need locale emulation software on your own, by adding another solution to the game files, so people won't ask such common questions, like how to play japanese games.
Edit.
Also, I never use Sugoi in VN's I work on.
Well, you might have a impression that I explain too little, but I'm probably just naturally taciturn. I though that if I write that it's an edited MTL, it will be clear enough that it's not a 100% human work and shouldn't be taken as such.
I generally use LLMs, mostly Claude, some dictionaries, searching the internet for idioms, proverbs, expressions, urban dictionaries, some other rare words, etc.. I use multiple tools on my works, like Hxd, ollydbg, notepad++, paint.net, resource_hacker, Garbo, also made a tool specifically for the Astronauts Comet games to extract the script and put it back into the game. I also edited the game code, so there's proper word wrapping for english, adjusted the text window so it doesn't cut words as much as possibile, and made some other small adjustments.
I hope it clears any confusions you might have.
