The latest version is 2.00.
Specification Changes in Plus
The following two points are specification changes in Plus and are not bugs:
1.
In battles outside the prologue, you can no longer shoot in the first map.
This is intentional, and you will be able to shoot as usual starting from the next map.
2.
The delay for recall notifications has been increased, so the immobile time is slightly longer.

There wasn’t much to translate nor was there anything particularly important, but there you have anyways.
The dev could even surprise us and release the DLC early than sunday, but even so, glad that sunday may be the actual release day.

Well, it depends on where you live, for some, Sunday at 12 pm in Japan is still Saturday in other places.

We can use MTOOL too for quick MTL, for people who want to play it early there is this option and for others they have to wait for Kagura or fan TL.
The new scars of summer dlc-game got a decent translation in just a day, but supposedly that was through a paid service
