If the worst-case scenario happens, like we can't just straight copy and paste the DLC content into the Kagura ver.

I don't know, Kagura not only translates, but also needs programming to adapt the game to non-Japanese OS, so there may be incompatibility, and even more knowing that from the textual words of gaptax : This is a patch for the DLC, but we are using different software than RPG Tskool for the update Therefore, we are not sure if it will work properly on non-Japanese OS.

all depends if Kagura has done some type of programming in his version, the two versions can look the same, weigh the same and behave in a similar way but inside they can be totally different.

If you are asking for the DLC which is yet to be released, then no, we can't mod it without having the latest game/DLC
If you are asking for the current version which is already released, it's there in this thread, V1.01 steam version

Can you please be more specific, you need to go to gallery room to activate it. Try this as well steam version
If you are playing this game so that you want to continue the DLC version which will be released on Sunday, then don't play the steam version, rather play V1.10 jap version (non steam version).

It will be expensive if 1) he wants it FAST (which does not mean high quality -_-), 2) he wants it PERSONALLY for himself... then let him not be surprised if there will be (minimum!!!!) 4-digit numbers $....
From my own experience, I know that I once tried to translate a game for myself(not this game), and this process took me more than a week, because it’s important to convey the dictionary meaning (grammar), not just a basic machine translation(like PROMT level, if anyone still remembers that...)... It seems easy, but in reality, it’s not... So, there can be no talk of a quick translation...
