why i dont see this in latest updates with cheating tag? does this mean there may be more games im interested that dont show and i miss their updates?

Absolutely nothing. The one we had before was Fan TL, the Kagura one is an official one.
Adds nothing, maybe it might have a better "english" to read compared to the Fan TL, if you were satisfied with what you read before, no reason at all to re-read this again unless you are a diehard fan of this game and you wanna compare the 2 texts ...

that's it, thats the end of his content, you can still do a few missions if i remember right, from the usual mission room
So the new expansion DLC has nothing new at all? Cause I already played and find nothing new ,can someone kind reply me ? Thanks

The game with DLC was already out, but just with MTL. Now it is the official translated version, so nothing new.

GapTax and KaguraGames is Japanese, so I don't know, if there is a Chinese translation.

Kagura Games is American company and they make translations of Japanese games and bring them without censorship. They also translate into Chinese, but to access the Chinese translations you have to go to their website from a Chinese internet connection or a VPN that locates you in China.

hi we need full save with every thing unlocked before choosing the ending or new game for kagura update
if u got the steam version i think the patch is free just go to the kagura games website and go to patch and install i think but i don't got the steam verseion
