To unlock the gallery keep clicking on the flock of birds to the right of the menu. A pop-up message should show up.

This must be a problem for english speaking VAs. I mean the japanese have a ton of mature sounding VAs.

i found it. you have to change AUDIO LANGUAGE specifically. didn't see originally, only saw the language up top on the main menu.
EDIT: Nevermind, it's broken. I changed the audio language to japanese, but when i enter the gallery, she speaks english.

the voice is really great BUT why do they always just make the woman? of course its hotter to hear her but if you are the watcher not the fucker then its hot to hear the men to haha , sadly mostly noone makes man voices

Like he said, it is the first thing you should do when you run the game. Don't click anywhere else.
Start the game, click on the birds, then a popup message with "Thank you" will show up on the top right of the screen.

That's not working for me either. Clicked them around 50 times by now. Tried with every bird.
it works. i clicked around the bird area and the window, stopped for a second and a "thank you" note popped up and it unlocked all scenes. EDIT: maybe try clicking the message on the glass and the island as well. i did that too.
i will say, i'm kinda disappointed overall. While i love that i can choose between re-experiencing the scene with full context or simply watching the clip, there are a lot of worse things about this one. The costumes aren't as good (IMO) compared to TOTD, the audio language selections is bugged, but the worst part is the scenes don't feel very NTR or NTRMan for that matter. Back with stuff like the Queen who adopted a goblin, it's undeniably netorare and was super hot, this time around it feels very netorase.
In simpler terms, this is very "the husband knows what's happening and is actively in the room partaking in cucking" as opposed to the "this is a very perverted secret that i'm hiding from my husband" type feel.
