I would be happy to aid him in that endeavor by finding good potential royalty free music that he can use without any legal worries. I am doing that for another amazing dev's new title at present and would be happy to assist Digi B. as well.
With all due respect, I have to disagree with you. I've read most of the digi.B dev logs and I can tell you that things were very different than what you've laid out here.As a retired professional musician, I know music and I love this game. However, Digi B. had used copywritten music without permission and that is illegal. So, I hope that ALL of that musical content has been removed now. All of the music used in games or other media must fall into one of two categories; copywritten music that is used by permission with any/all applicable fees paid OR royalty free music that holds no copywrite and is free to use for everyone in any media they please, just credit the creator of the music.
I am confident that Digi B. has made the switch to royalty free music now to avoid further difficulties going forward. Most first time devs make mistakes. I just hope this one did not discourage Digi B. and we will all see the successful completion of this much beloved title. You will still hear music and sound FX throughout the game. However, I don't think Digi has had the opportunity to replace all of the music he had to remove. So, there are some spots that did have audio that do not have any at present. I, for one, would prefer that Digi B. move forward rather than take possibly a month or more to find and replace all of the former music tracks, it could only take a week or less... just depends on how quickly the replacement music could be found. Implementing the files is a fairly simple, straightforward process as I have been told. Finding suitable royalty free music that matches the mood of a scene is what can be challenging. Sounds like I misunderstood. Wasn't accusing anyone of anything anyway. Don't take it that way. I read the disclaimer and it's typical legalese jargon that really means, "we reserve the right to fuck with you if we don't like how you use our music." It's utter bullshit because only they can decide what is improper. I fucking HATE lawyers. They fuck up everything.
I did not followed this music kerfufle closely but I believe you did summarized it nicely in your post(s) which are in line to what I had read. If I may add, this music fiasco was not an isolated case and did not (start with or) only disrupt digi.B workflows and rythms, but also caused difficulties to other (adult games) game developers as well, especially DriftyGames (Leap of Faith) who was the dev that informed digi.B about it in the first place. Drifty's problem is what Digi.B is talking about in that post. And from what Drifty said, the TOS was updated after he started using the music (who knows exactly when), but because the update had happened when he put his game on Steam, everything hit the fan pretty quickly. But the news also spread quickly, so I don't think anyone else had to go through what Drifty did (as far as trying to get the game back on Steam).

There are scenes with Claire, but probably not the kind that you (and I) are looking for. I'm sure there will be some, but we'll have to wait for them. You can collect love points for her, and remove points for professional conduct, so it's working up to something with the good Doctor.
We really need that quick fap tag so that porndude1977 (and others like him) will not be wasting anyone time anymore. However, he probably have to blame himself since he never asked in this thread first before downloading 10Gb and playing, just relying on the fact that his friend plays this game so it must be good.
i reported it as well dodnt make sence to poorly review a game based on that. A review is suposed to be on the quality not the type of content.
