The renders get better as the game progresses. Dev literally had eyesight issues early on in the development. Some of the really bad early renders have since been updated with new ones.
Oh snap, I'm an asshole, I kind of read that but glazed over it. It's all good, I'm loving this though, even with the rough renders, so when they improve? holy.

Yeah people tend to glance over it real fast cause they want to play.
But as each chapter comes the renders improve till you don't
even think about the first chapter. Enjoy the game! :D

So, at what point do I need to stop flirting with other LIs other than the one I'm going for? It's a bit confusing not knowing if that time I flirted with June is locking me out of some other content.

Is it going to be a clear "I need to make a choice here and not lead her on" kind of thing? or some invisible counter that makes no sense unless you can actually see the counter? Or an arbitrary choice at some point in the game that isn't super clear either?

Hmmm in the guide at the first page you can get a glance of the choices and how it affects some of the LI's, but apart from it nothing else.

There's a walkthrough{I never used it} and a mod that explains it all.
If you want help during your play. Scrappy mod was updated back in Oct. 2025
and now works with no errors during game play if you want to use it. Just remember
when there is a game update you need to wait for Scrappy to upload the new mod.
He's pretty fast but waits a day or so for his subs to use it then he updates it here.
Using a mod that's not updated will cause problems.{pretty much breaks the the game till
the new mod is updated}

Also steam has a few walkthroughs on the Artemis game page.

I love this game but I find some of the writing to be unrealistic. "I know it's kind of future set." But I mean how the MC behaves to be unrealistic. He gets screwed over by the love of his life. She takes all the credit for his work. Yet he'll hop into working with Kendra without becoming a shareholder/partner? I personally believe if you've gotten screwed over that bad you'd protect all of your work and want your name to be tied to the company. Not just another random employee.

She's been a friend since childhood and in this case had done tmost of the work herself.

Hey everyone!
Not the most exciting week. Mostly posing and minor script adjustments. I did go on a small shopping spree in the DAZ store, mostly purchasing pose presets. Devs know how tedious this can be, so having a good base to get you 80% there goes a long way. (Seriously, posing can almost like watching paint dry in some cases.). I also re-optimized to find things better.

When this update is out, I intend to re-organize this more. (There's a lot more categories than shown, haha.)
This week I'll be working on one of the branches. I've thought about how I'd be approaching this environment wise. I ended up settling on something simple to make yet still interesting to look at. Those familiar with the term "training village" have an idea of what I'm going for. I'll share a preview and a little more detail on that this week.
Thanks everyone! Be safe and take care of yourselves!

That's kind of the point of his character arc though. He's a broken man. He's suffering from pretty severe PTSD over what happened to him, and the very thought of forming another professional partnership with someone is just more than he can cope with.

He loves Kindra (friends or otherwise), he would give Kindra his work and labor for free but he doesn't fully trust her yet, because he just can't. Not that he doesn't want to, not that he thinks she's untrustworthy, but because the trauma he suffered prevents it. The thought of opening himself up to fully trusting someone with his work again triggers a severe negative emotional response.

So long as he's just a worker bee, providing her labor he can't really be stabbed in the back or let down. If she fires him, she fires him. If she takes his work and doesn't credit him, well that's what companies do. But if he were to partner with her, fully trust her, and then she were to do either of those things? He probably wouldn't recover from that.

Very interesting point of view.
As often, what can't make sens for the spectator make sens for the character.
