i Thought that the performance reduction was caused by specific sex actions with Lucille, but that is not the case
i tried doing some testing, started a new game, skipped the intro, spoke to Lucille in her room and the game started to lag, there must be some serious scripting issues there.

that's weird, Lucille in her room is the same event of Lucille outside of her room and it's the first time I heard about a lag problem until now.
Just to be sure, you talk with her in her room and what specifically? there are 4 choices, did the game lag after you chose one of them or did the lag started in the moment you clicked on her?

It's inconsistent, sometimes just talking to her will trigger it ,sometimes after I clicked on a sex action, but nothing specific.
Also i did not say that it only happens in her room, I only said that that's how i triggered it in my last test.

I only noticed it there, that does not mean that it can't happen outside. I just don't remember it being triggered outside during the little time I spent playing the game.

this one deactivates companion harassing Lucille, which is a parallel process and it's the only thing that it comes in mind that might lag the game. If that's actually it, I need to change completely the way this shit happens

It seems to fix the problem for me. But, I hope you can add the ass grabbing stuff back somehow, though.

In the previous version it happened 2 or 3 times, in the first city in the house on the right. And the other two in the cemetery. It happened to me when I opened the menu. I'll test it and post it here
The game doesn't seem to work on Joiplay anymore :

im clueless as hell playing this game. i went into the village, got him the potion making kit, got the horn, got the clue with the map, got the clue about the priest sealing gates to the cemetery, got the clue about the lord demon from the old man, got the clue about the lake and the mountain from the clock tower via the forest, got the gardener's key, killed the non-aggressive creature and still i cant do anything/cant progress
