Hello everynyan!
I am writing about how I managed to run this game on Windows 11 24H2.
1. Preparation:
a) Changed the locale to Japanese.
b) Downloaded and installed DirectX 2010 June
c) Downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2010.
2005 (x86 and x64)
2008 (x86 and x64)
2010 (x86 and x64)
d) Enabled .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows Features.
2. Installation:
a) Downloaded, unpacked the archive with the game using 7-zip.
b) Mounted the game image (on Windows 11, right-click on the ISO and Mount) and installed it in a previously manually created folder C:\Illusion\AG3
c) Installed HF Patch in the folder with the installed game.
3. Solving performance issues:
a) In the game folder, in the properties of AG3 Make.exe/AG3 Play.exe, enable compatibility mode with Windows 7.
b) Downloaded, unpacked the DXVK archive
In the x32 folder, found d3d9.dll and renamed it to d3d9_alt.dll
Copied and pasted this d3d9_alt.dll into the game folder (where AG3 Make.exe/AG3 Play.exe are located).
c) Now, when launching the game, always select the Subs button in the pop-up window and the game will have subtitles.
If they do not work, then when launching the game, select the Cfg button in the pop-up window.
In the Subtitles column, click add files and select subtitles.txt in our game folder.
Using the Up button, raise our subtitles.txt to the top and save.
That's it, I hope this will help some faded soul launch this game.

How can I download this? I would like the Slime Girl nglHello,
After some years, i decided to dust off my installation of this game since it's still my favorite after all these years and wanted the ultimate experience.
I found a russian torrent with seeders with every important mods (some are broken and need manual installation), lots of clothing, a translucent slime character, new maps and updated tools, i'm putting it in my post, you can download everything but the ISO if you already got the game.
I took the risk for you and scanned for viruses before posting it, i work in IT and i hope my words are enough to convince you it's safe.
For the DLL issue i tried Peacekeeper Duo's solution and it worked, but while trying to get rid of the watermark i found a tool to fine tune the wrapper, i added it too :

I'm not sure if there's still a community around this game so PM me if you need help with any of that, i know it can be hard to find usable info on it nowadays.
This thread really needs an update. The download link on the first page doesn't seem to work following the instructions provided (nothing happens when clicking to install the game, even with Japanese localization set on the system) and no one's expected to follow 25 pages to find a working file.

You should first install directX 10 lastest version, if the installation launcher won't works then try since AG3 exe inside installation folder. Good luck

I hope somebody can help, or can t least point me to where I can get this old mod from.
So, I'm looking for the clothing mod where the swimsuit or any clothing that uses the swimsuit doesn't come off when you initiate H scenes with the girl.
I originally thought it was the tight fit swimsuit mod but it's not. Hope someone knows which mod I'm referring to.

For removing the watermark, you can open d3d9.dll in ResourceEditor and delete the "BMP" resource.

The link on the first page didn't work for me even after installing Direct X, and running the exe directly returned an error message, but by the time I posted this I had already managed to install the game but from the mediafire upload you had posted (thanks btw).

Understood. If any of you have problems like direct3d or directx pop ups you should install directx10 latest version, net framework 3.5 and restart pc.
The one i've shared is a full game modded ready for play. Good it works for you, play a little with illusion wizard and configuration for your likes.
