I was never able to figure out how to get the extra places to expand on the world as pictured. like that appeared to be an entire town square.
The Hongfire Patch (HF Patch) installs the new locations for you, the option is present in the install process.

I have my old build. I tried to get into it again. I have different faces on npc in maker and on the character display screen in the game. But in the game the face looks fat and stretched. I tried replacing files from the original game one by one and this is the file "js3_00_02_00.pp", but this is the maximum I can do. I realized this because in "Maker" the faces also became fat.
Any pros?
So... I found that at least one specific mod changes the head. But WHY, it does it only in the editor, I have no idea.

You need a mod which add extra locations into the world of AG3.

Some files are used in the Maker, while more are added in the game, such as the "head animation", which can change the way it looks both in the editor and in the game.
Did you made some changes on girls with the maker?
In the maker section (also works with illusion wizard) for the face you should play with negative parameters (xample, cheeks: -25; chin: -15)

Of course, I changed the face parameters in the editor and I know about the negative values. Maybe you want to say that this is some kind of technical limitation, and not a bug or a problem?
Or do you mean that this mod changed the head only in the character editor? (I need to see the final result that will be in the game, that's what the preview is for.) If so, then it can be considered a bug, because it is confusing and you do not know how to change the head in the game too?

So i got the general idea of what to do, but is there a way to interact with the girls when they call you over or talk to you? or do you just let them do their own thing?
One of them came up and said she'd let me try anal with her, the game just started and she stood there, i tried going into a H scene but it failed, same with characters asking you to "come here" but once you do nothing really happens.
Just want to know if im missing something or if its normal.

OK friend, this game tries to mimic reality. So, the girls will call you to be with them, may be from jealousness or simply to be near to you, not just for sex porpouses. XD

Their sex topics lines don't really mean anything. You should look at traits to find what satisfies her. If the girl calls you and she is in friendly state then you should come to her and she will run to some direction giggling (idk if it boosts friendliness stat). If she is in love state she will call you and hug you.
The interactions you can do are: kissing, hugging from behind, holding hands, making her follow you, sitting on the sofa near her in relaxed position so she puts her head on your shoulder, sitting on the ground (she will sit near you and speak some lines). You can't really communicate with them, only when yes/no choices come up (your cursor will look like a question mark)
Next step of evolution, they call you, then they ignore you, then get offended for seemingly no reason!
Never figured out how the yes/no choice work, do you press left/right mouse button, click on the icon or press Y or N on keyboard?

You just press LMB for yes and RMB for no on the screen, after she finishes the line
There was also I think an option to pull out, but no idea how that was done (I think you were supposed to click in upper corner and drag mouse down, but can't manage to do it, he always cums inside).
Also thanks to @jinshioki for reminding about that map mod, for years I thought I imagined being able to visit the house next to ours, now I know I wasn't crazy
