The route just changes two scenes: the cutscene after the Zinc siege and the h scene you get after the Industrial District. It seems you found everything. I still haven't gotten around to properly arranging the gallery.
They're only in the Living District. There's around 10 of them, and they only appear outside. The majority of them are actually in Middle Square. There's one that can be easily missed across the Mercenary Hideout near The Arena Guild. I also never wanted to make the player feel like they had to grind. Most gear can be found by either doing side quests or exploring.
There's around 60+ scenes, not including the safehouse scenes. There's also a bit more if you include Eleanor's DLC.
After doing some testing, old saves might work just fine. The only thing to using it would obviously be the fact that you don't have all the characters unlocked for New Game+ since you haven't obtained them yet. I haven't run into any issues with it as of yet.
Yeah I tested it myself and by using my old save and my old global.rpgsave (my old save by itself did not work), it worked. But liked you said I was not able to get access to the new characters. The main issue is that I cannot use your attached save file from the patreon post. I believe this is the case due to me not having your global.rpgsave that is in the same folder as the attached save file. If I have both files then the attached save file should work, I think.
