I undestand what you mean and you're right but that's not actually how it works.
It's badly explained but the landlord doesn't really ask for less money. In fact he's like adding some money to what you already paid, so when you can pay the full rent it's like you have to pay less next time because it's an advance and when you don't have enough money, he "compensates".
The fact that he's adding less money each time u do H things is kinda legit for me because it's more and more usual.
(Btw: I know it's really confusing and with my poor english even more + I'm also confused about my own system and maybe it's bugged out ><)

For me, I would expect her to pay less, as she is doing him a favour with a service. So Rent - Deduction. The Deduction get bigger with nicer stuff done.
The sentence PAY : 710 $ and show your boobs to him for an extra 10 $ ..
is confusing because of 'extra'. For me it would be fine to have the 710 be transformed already in 700 and have the sentence: Pay 700 $ and show your boobs to him. (10 $ deduction).
The sentence to explain this all is now:
WARNING : The more slutiess is the choice, the more confidence your landlord will have (he will pay less each time).
Landlord actual confidence : 0.98
Maybe better:
WARNING : The slutier the choice, the more confident your landlord will become (and then he will pay less for your extra services).
Landlord current confidence : 0.98

Dev stated that they would like to work on updates, but have no outlook on ability to do so. Although it's relatively mature, there was an intention for more, so currently marking as Abandoned.
This status can easily be changed if the Dev gets the chance to come back some day.

i LUV asians, especially asian porn stars...tried this for about an hour, n got absolutely NOWHERE; no h-scenes, nothing. game is in serious need of a walkthrough, IMO; n i'm not a complete dumbass, n been playing video/computer games most of my life, so it's not as if i don't know a thing or 2 about navigating this type of game.
