There is a couple in Friends in Need. Actually it's at the start of the game but you can find more further in the game and you make the choice. You need to use the taboo patch and those scenes are usually a bit extreme for some because it's sometimes forced. It doesn't have animation but the pictures are good enough. Poor Nicky tho.

Origin Story [v0.5.0] [JDOR] have it in almost every scene. It's mentioned in dialogs also, game notes that you fucked girl ass before deepthroat or cumming in her mouth etc.
Actually this game have hottest and most variable sex scenes i've seen, maybe depraved awakening and city of broken dreamers is close. But here you can even change partners during scene like selecting proper threesome or one girl or the other. Also it deeply rewards trying every branch, like some characters have anal available only after selecting all other options and not cumming.
