No i know about that one. What I meant was that someone was in the process of doing a manual translation. I could be wrong because I cannot remember who it was so maybe I got things mixed up.

Did you have a data folder prior to extracting? if not you have to decrypt the game first. Also there is a file that will prioritize the japanese. It is like .rgss or something. if you DO have a data folder and that file still exists delete it so it is no longer overriding your translated files
