Amazing first version/Demo.

The models are unique (as they're custom made based on models or porn actresses if I remember correctly), and I like them very much.
I prefer skinny so this is right up my alley.
The renders look absolutely great.

I'm a bit confused why the first choice has 2 options there but you can only take one of it.
I can't tell the direction of the story so far, but it seems interesting. I wish we would've gotten a bit more background of the MC for now.

I think it's the vague resemblance of actual human proportions that's throwing some people off, everyone's used to over-implanted caricatures in these games with a side of poses bending bones in ways they shouldn't. It's absolutely an unexpected degree of looking like people with this one. I'd love to see a game with realistic looking plump girls, but I can take better done skinny too.

My main gripe is that at the time I saw this, the synopsis could use an extra sentence or two to lay out the premise of the plot and setting, while the spoiler tagged stuff is more infodumping spoilers I'd expect from the game intro. I'm left wondering WTF the MC is about, and who those girls are. I can see a glimmer of an actual plot here, but the synopsis didn't tell me anything about it to grab my interest.

MC starting a new job? Safe to mention, not really a spoiler if it's surface details from the intro. Dumped by a heartless b*tch, distracted by a sexy new student/research assistant that just might remind him of the meaning of love? Scooby Doo murder mystery on the horizon? Alien bugs invade from outer space? Office is next to an abandoned, long haunted chemistry lab that can only be exorcised through the dangerous powers of a ghostly miko from another world that only exists inside the MC's Non-Tin Dough DX? The synopsis is definitely the place to place a teaser to pique that interest.

This is based only on the preview images, but the renders are different-looking and pretty good I think. What I might suggest is that the camera angles be changed. It seems like a lot of this is POV, but the frontal looking-down angle isn't flattering since it really accentuates the models' uncanny valley. Mixing up the camera angles would help.

Synopsis/Spoiler still needs some work. We've got some background, but needs more information about the potential conflict in this VN. What's Samantha-Emily's connection? I'm sure it'll be some kind of a love triangle, it'd be a stronger story if Samantha/Emily have a pre-existing connection. How does the Cosmic angle play into it? Is it some fantasy foreign artifact, or cosmic rays mutating the MC? Also, having other NPCs to fill out the story will make the MC more rounded and add dimensions to the story.

Bodies are quite fine, IMHO. Collar bones aren't sticking out, it means they're not starving.
But just look at their faces - it's only skin on their skulls, barely any muscle at all and zero point zero fat. Anorexic and starving people have this kind of faces. Mummies, too.
So they look like their heads are from starving girls, but bodies belong to someone else. This is what makes them look creepy, unnatural.

You might have a point about their faces, especially the muscle part. Bodies themselves look fine though, but agree the faces do look a bit off and you may well be right concerning the reason for that. I was thinking more of long distance running females that are fully trained for a big race in a few days.
