A point and click JAPANESE adventure game? That's actually rare nowadays. Let alone one that's porn.
Not sure if they're doing the same kind of premise as your average western point and click games. But a rule of thumb for these types of games is always try to combine any items you have with each other. Regardless if they seem like weird combinations, since lots of these games, especially if the story is just pure silly, will almost always make weird combinations. Same goes for using said items on anything you see on the screen to find any interaction with them.
