Finally, an adult game that is very close to what I expect to have when I play one. This one is incredibly good and kinky as hell. Truly a gem of a game. The only thing is I would advise making some scenes optional, I'm personally fine with them (in that regard, thanks for making scat optional) but you could aim to appeal to a wider audience.
