you are not .every scene with him is optional . the most likely cause of scenes not appearing is a curropted save . this game's code is very unique .

How did you discover the last scene with Jane, Sasha, and Annie? Nothing is written in my journal after the scene with Hange

I haven't seen Sasha's scene. On the other hand, I started my last save, wich is one after doing all my walktrough til' .25; then I sleep to reset the day and in the noon I found Jane waiting for my in the corridor, Hange in the afternoon, and in the night I had one event with Jane (HJ). Just after that, it was scripted my return to the room and notice that Annie was missing. I saw her in the dining room and stuff was done.
