i dont think you can. the way the new dlc works is that you unlock a new girl by finishing a diffrent girls event. example do annie's event to unlock sasha . the dev has confirmed that you cant do jane's event (game does not indicate this)

so far the only events i believe work rn are:

I guess we'll have to wait for a mod to upload the game to the site, and maybe then the APK will appear, because they only uploaded the PC version

i have mentioned in the post you are quoting that you cant do that in this version. you got to wait till beta.
