These are draenei twins that have committed to work in the brothel.

Hours of gameplay for sure, for me it was like at least 6-7 and it was long time ago. Game has a lot to do and unlock
Okay, now the white window takes up the whole screen, but it's still blank white, even though now I can hear the game music.

Where is the dialogue in the game? Almost everyone I talk to, the words are missing and I have no clue what is being said.
Maybe endings showing pregnant images? I see a Goblin chick, there is no way she doesn't want child.
After the 1 event on dragon cave , who do I talk? aready try all npcs and still cant find one to "strong enough"
