0.0.17 is over 700MB but 0.0.18 is less than 200MB.. something isn't right and i dont trust that link lol.

That's not a problem. You can change the control of the first post to other people who can upload. The problem is that no one, who has the new build, offers links for the build.
Looks like a compressed version with webp etc but other than that it seems to work fine.
The official download page still has 0.0.17.

I think the dev is a Russian native speaker, if you recall two books on a shelf one was in English, while the other featured Russian (image 5).

Already let the cat out of the bag, guess I might as well give the Android as well. Have fun. I really love this game and want to support it, but this has been released for subscribers since December with absolutely no hint of releasing it for the public. I guess the dev spends most of their working time doing art and making the game with no time to manage the release and public relations. I hope the game gets big enough that they can hire someone to help with that.

As has been mentioned before but has not been "literally" said yet. Thank you The Naizuri Guy for the posting the update.
As for my thoughts on the game hints could definitely use some work. I found myself getting lost far to often although, I was able to reach the end and unlock everything except the "watching" scene.
