But Patreon care about that XDIt's a game, I don't care.^^

Which is why the dev is on Subscribestar and not Lord Korea Patreon. Do I look dumb enough to hope for a finished game, while knowing Patreon goes full Hitler with incest or underaged games? But Patreon care about that XD
You should never do a calculation with a finished product from medium to big game dev studios and a WIP product from an indie dev. It hardly pays off. What I can agree with you is the pricing for playing the latest build. $5 is pretty much standard nowadays, some are even lower. $10 on the other hand is just greedy.I love this Game, the Quality of the Art is good, fits the backgrounds and the Story is great (good example is i'd love to plow sis even though incest normaly just turns me off. Btw. thx for that )
But where did that trend evolve that the lowest subscriber/Patreon tier doesn't give you access to the game? I mean I have no Problem to wait, lets say, three months longer then higher tier patrons. Paying 5$ a month for a Game that is in development since two years sums up to 120$ which are two to four triple AAA games.
Well I usually don't and I've been subscribed to alot of creators for a long time, I know there're some people who subscribe once get all the content and then piss of. I on the other hand want to support a creator until the finished product or till it dies and that sadly happens alot. Finacially it would get you more Money if you reward subscribers in the lower Tiers with the Game and also less fluctuation in your Patreon income. If i think that i spend to much money I rather kill of one 5$ subscription then two 2$ or five 1$ ones. You should never do a calculation with a finished product from medium to big game dev studios and a WIP product from an indie dev. It's not the fact that it costs money but the amount of cash demanded to get the goodies. The dev could have way more supporters with less cash needed for the latest build.Well I usually don't and I've been subscribed to alot of creators for a long time, I know there're some people who subscribe once get all the content and then piss of. Its just basic Business 1x1 and keeps the Pirates at bay (Stupid pun i know) 1$ doesn't hurt anyone exept you live in cuba or the like.
Touché, I think we're arguing the same pointIt's not the fact that it costs money but the amount of cash demanded to get the goodies. The dev could have way more supporters with less cash needed for the latest build.
But... at least the art is good and the story somewhat enjoyable.
Why? The guy works mostly alone and has to work. New builds come but they take months. This game is getting kind of dead. Sadge
At least he pushes out quality content, it's hard enough to find a straight furry game with good writing and a nice to look at artstyle. This game is getting kind of dead. Sadge
It's not that I'm trying to be negative about the game or dev. But right now it's getting obvious work on this game slows down and it was not that fast before, considering the size of 2021 updates. It was almost half a year with a single patreon update, nothing public. Why? The guy works mostly alone and has to work. New builds come but they take months.
2021 had five new build releases. There are games with less.
What is your suggestion to change it for the better? For me it's waiting and hoping it won't get abandoned. Supporting is for me out of the question because $10 each month for the progress speed is overpriced. It's not that I'm trying to be negative about the game or dev. My ideas won't get this game anywhere and will never be considered anyway. I don't believe few extra subs can really cure the most common solo-dev illness called "I'm getting bored with this project". Also passive supporters are very important for success of the project as well. So, I'm doing the most I can by making this thread a bit more lively. That may give dev some motivation (if he ever reads f95). I am ok with being a bad-doubting guy by saying what is on everyone's mind at this point, this thread has enough good-supportive opinions. Hope you are correct, this was an accidental slowdown and this game keeps going normally when dev solves all his problems. What is your suggestion to change it for the better? No worries, the game is not abandoned. The dev will probably just not be around here anymore.Shit...
