The Secretary is just that, a secretary to your Master. They just have a relationship beyond the professional.
There was a minor debacle about this exact topic on the Patreon, if you care to do your research, which is why that NTR is no longer in the game at all.

I need to vent about how much I hate this artist for being both lazy, and not good at art xD
Maybe it looks like - okay-ish - art, and sure - not bad persae.
But when I notice the doorway gets wider as you look down it, nothing has shadows where it should, all elements under the dialogue box are seemingly a different art style most of the time, different shading, no shadows etc.
It's like high-school self-taught levels of art.
None of the backgrounds line up the way they should for proper perspective, it just feels super slap-dashed together.

nah - it's not. I see that banner, and I go WOW< Studio-Ghibli levels of art in a porn game!? outstanding! and then i look at the partial work, the absolutely not finihshed work, the rushed line sketches, the poorly lined up elements, etc - and i get pretty irritated.
Dev? have your artist learn hwo to make a background properly, it's as bad as those " animated youtube storytellers " who neither animate, nor tell a real story - but I digress.
The work looks cheap, my dude.
Tighten the BGs up, fix the weird dissonance from your banner title to the actual in-game art, and you might have a winner here.

Well, it's still in alpha. Most of your rant seems to revolve around the art not looking complete, or finely tuned to the art displayed in the banner. Which all ties to the fact that the game is still actively in development. The dev just wants more content to showcase the game itself with story, and then tighten up the art steadily as they progress further into the story, to give you more to do. There's no harm in that.
I do understand what you're saying about the dissonance between them, and it'll be improved upon, it's not like they abandon the sketches as complete and then just ignore them and never go back to them. It's all wip to get to the next place or setting of the story.
I do see your point in the BG images seeming a little lackluster, I'm sure we'll see improvements across the versions, as time progresses.
Oh, and the dev is the artist. They're doing all the coding and art by themselves iirc.

As a last note, I've heard that AngryFur is getting in on the lewdpatcher path of avoiding Patreon restrictions.
So we can look forward to the game not getting otherwise restricted with Patreon requirements.
