I've seen/played a decent number of games like Sphilia's Familiar, Pervert Action: Legacy and COM3D2. Preferably if there's some more games out there like these that have avoidable NTR/multiple endings and a harem, I'd appreciate the help.

Yes. Basically the game is to avoid your heroines from getting captured by King and let him have more and more other concubines.
so like i chose the country with beatrice, when the initial ntr scene happened he was with leane, so if i raised all their loyalty i could stop both of them? i just saw something about someone saying theres items for loyalty

You buy bread for loyalty as it's the cheapest item that gives loyalty. all food items give 1 loyalty.
If you get everyone to 100 before Hippian attack the King just has sex with concubines.
During Hippian fight just keep making Harems near the kings current location and max them out and you should be good.
