the game is pretty much a "romance a family " type of game like many others but this guy is doing it the right way, no sleep fucking, no corruption or such things like that.
The story apart from romancing the girls have something going on that can be pretty interesting.
Im glad in this last updates change so that we dont have to give up on any girl to romance the others.
Really a must play if you like vanilla and romance games

Decent game but I feel it could be way better. Currently, the characters seem interesting and hot enough, and I actually like the mc quite a bit. My issue stems from forced relationships (not too big a deal) and I also feel that the days go by too quickly. Like there are barely any scenes with certain characters over 1-2 in game weeks. You barely interact with Lily, Chloe, etc. because you basically do one activity a day.

Basically I just wish there was more content in each day and this game would be 5 stars for me. Feels like the game has a lot of potential but it currently isn't utilizing time well enough.

Hopefully this changes in the future, for now I rate 3.5

For using 3D models the rendering quality ingame is pretty low, but it seems to work out for the dev and I can accept this as long as it doesn't kill immersion for me. The story goes on with no free roaming! Pace is decent if you're looking for porn. Some decisions may have impact on major segments later on. Walkthrough recommended to enjoy this game.

Away From Home, shows that we can combine Simplicity and Quality but to what extent can we put these strengths in short episodes? This is where comes a big weak point, our choices can brutally end episodes that are already very short. If there were different scenes or events, it would have been perfect, but no. I love the characters and I liked the beginning of the story, the game has very good potential but it has not evolved from the start.

That is all the good I can tell you about this 'game'. It is just a VN and that is fine though.
The characters and writing are just...well, horrendously shallow and juvenile! It is about the level of bad acting/writing in a parody porn-movie: You meet 2 new girls while having your cock out in a houses bathroom, nobody gives you shit about it and the MC never pulls up his pants and, of course, gets a BJ to boot!

It is good enough for a wank, just don't expect any depth to the story or the characters personalities. (except for Cody, but he is a creepy voyeur and the one you can cuck, so why would you care about him?)

well, it is a great game with a very decent story but what i suggest is maybe there is still need of characters improvments like the skin color are weird on some of them and some are good though. There are a lot of interactions and this is very good about this game and every interactions have few extra scenes in it and different dialogue. best of luck for the future updates dude!

Based on epsisode three

Away from home is two games in one, one is this great gem the other is just a cluster fuck. The game for the most part does seems to take two great steps forward and one terrible step back throughout its development. Case in point Chloe and the MC's mother have very well written and believable relationship progression with the MC. one is a slow burn of sexual tension building but never crossing the line the other is a flash burn of sexual indulgence that is a bit quick to develope but this is a porn game so licience to get boned is always going to be a bit quick. The aunt just feels like a contrived and gamey relationship there to dole out handjobs first then titjobs then a blowjob will comes next and then maybe something different until finally she lets you fuck her. That feels like a bloody game and how a teenage views sex not how adults actually behave with regards to sex, As soon as a woman crosses the line sexually she isn't rationing sex acts and building up to the main event. This is why chloe and the MC's mother are so much better. Chloe gives you a Blowjob in the bathroom and then has actual sex with you as SOON as the oppurtunity presents itself. While the mother might tease and build sexual tension with the MC but doesn't cross the line. The aunt however behaves like a character in a game where the developer whants to go from sex act to sex act slowly to fit a quaota for a game. Two steps forward one step back.

The sex scenes have great renders with very good animations compared to most games on the site. But the actual sex scenes are rushed. Again two steps forward one step back. Now the sex scenes that are rushed can be explained by the situation the MC was having in and I am hoping that this is the case but again so far every sex scene is in a situation where it is rushed and that has been a detriment to the game.

The plot and dialogue, Engrish is not a supported language of this game so the dialogue and narration is written in English making the story flow far nicer than so many games. Secondly the dialogue is well written overall until we get to the Dad's phone call and dialogue with Chloe's father and the hermit plotline. That was just terrible. No father is going to send their UNTRAINED son to investigate a Mafia boss. it makes no fucking sense it is just plain fucking stupid. Again two steps forward one step back.

This game could be so much better with a few tweaks. If you wanted the aunt to hold off on sex you should have written her as more flirtatious than the mother but still unwilling to cross the line into action vs the tired trop of handjob to titjob to blowjob progression it just feels like a game not a story. And drop the mafia arc, it has been done to death and doesn't add to the game and honestly you have enough material to tell a story with the cast of characters as is without this mafia crap. You don't need it and it hurts the overall story. It was enough to explain why the father sent his family away without the idiotic plot of the father getting his untrained son to do one of the most dangerous things imaginable it makes no sense. I am hoping that the dev's skill set will improve as the game matures.

Overall this is a good game and worth the download.

(Review of Eps 1-3)

I've enjoyed this series since it's initial release and so far 'Away from Home' is shaping up quite well. The story is nothing to write home about, a fairly standard porn game with hinted drama to come, though not sure how dark the creator intends to take it.
The renders on the other hand are quite unique. A few of the characters suffer from looking a bit like dolls but some, like the Mom and Aunt, are attractive and mature looking.
Content wise there's not heaps there yet but certainly enough to keep you interested, with new characters being slowly introduced.
The game does suffer from a fair amount of grammatical and spelling mistakes, some minor and some major but not so bad that you can't understand what's going on. Would still encourage the creator to find a proofreader though.

I'll update this as the game progresses but as of now it's definitely worth a try and keeping your eye on.

Played the first release but couldn't say much about the Game,now I got a chance to Play Ep.1-3 and must say I loved it,no grinding game play,lots of scenes,and nice and horny ladies that know what they want,and to Top it off, you have a crime story with blackmail and the Mafia in it, that makes this game worth the download.
Surely a Game with my Top 10 Charts.

First I'd like to start with the story telling which is captivating except for a couple of characters, I see no reason for Cody he creeps me out and leads me to believe there's some weird fetish in the future.
The renders are decent and surprising for Blender. I may need to devote some development time on their project.
My reservations are the short releases, version numbering and hints at some weird fetishes that are not tagged or otherwise mentioned ahead of time. Even with the short update I would have given a higher rating and added the dev to my Patreon list if not for that as wasting time on rendering weird fetishes makes an already short update shorter.

I really like this game...

Yes the dev took the normal angle where the women seem to all love the MC. It's the horni part of me that loves that angle but it's sometimes a cheap angle, still it works.

The women are hot period. The Mom and Aunt especially.
The renders are done i think with 3Dlight and not Iray but i think that's probably due to hardware limitations. Still very good in other angles.

The Engrish needs some attention and my proofreader MisterF91 can help in that regard if Vatos is interested...

Overall it's a game i like and love the nice angle where he's father is missing and so on. It's one of those games for me, that i can't wait to play the next update and not just wait until im ready to play it.

Good renders, little fast paced at the beginning, but we have to understand creators strategy to go fast pace here, how many would pay attention to new game, without any sex scenes in it, f95 sees dozen of them published daily basis, and I doubt those would see many downloads and interest until major sex tags gets confirmed, so do not press VC hard on this.

Also, I agree with other reviewers that characters can use some body fat, including MILFs, no fun sex between sticky men

If you want to play this game, ask yourself: what are you looking for in virtual novels? If it's just porn then you are in the right place. If it's good story - sorry to disappoint .
There's good intro; the beginning of the game - your father's mystery, new life in your aunt's home and....that's it. Rest of the game (2 episodes, so far) is nothing more than disappointment.
There's nothing realistic in story and characters at all (I liked only 2 characters out of 11 - your uncle and your female cousin).
What the hell is going on with mother and aunt? Why are they grinding on MC's dick in sauna on first day? That's not how family supposed to behave - more like a porn stars.
There's also slutty neighbor that let you group her ass in front of your aunt and mother and your cousin's slutty friend (she give you blowjob maybe 3 min after you meet her).
Teen female characters are all anorexic .
There's also male cousin, probably cuckold(ntr?) fan (it is obvious, and he is strange as well as his relationship with his mother.).

I was browsing through f95 checking for a game and passed this game few times , i was like it might be same old horny teenager sister and mother (not that I don't like them but there are quite a few of them). But i decided to give it a try while it was downloading i checked the review few of them were quite passionate that i couldnt wait to start the game. And i was not disappointed a beautiful game, nice charcters, fluid animation, good story just instantly fell in love with it. The only let down was that it was over and i was craving for more. Hope the dev consistently keep on updating, Eagerly waiting for the update.

Review of version Episode 1

Holy shit. Seriously, HOLY. SHIT. That's how you start a game. When I come to end of the first episode and I'm screaming "Noooooo give me mooooaaarrr!" that's a winner in my book. It seems like everyday I see half a dozen version 0.1 games in the Latest Games list. I wish 10% were half as good as this.

I absolutely love these models. The textures on the mom's tits in bed were making me drool, especially the nips peaking through her bra. Some might be put off by the skin tones, but I welcome these alabaster beauties. The aunt's ass is where I'd like retire and spend my final days.

The thirst, my god, the thirst with these women is so on point. Just so fucking hot. And the teasing is so good. The dev is either avoiding the porn game cliches or altering them enough so that they seem fresh.

Thankfully, this game is not simply a cliched plot about moving in with your aunt's family. The end of the episode sets up some very interesting intrigue and leaves you desperate for the next episode.

There's only one scene with animations, but the animations are very smooth and have more than one angle. I'm looking forward to future animations.

The only nitpick I can come up with is the dialogue - it needs some proofreading. There are mix-ups with the NPC names at times too. Beyond that, this is an outstanding debut!
