the whole point of porn games like this is just being a game, but giving you the feel of involvement and maybe a little immersion because you're responsible over your MC, whether and how she gets raped/corrupted based on your skill, aswell as naughtiness because at the end of the day you're here to watch porn, get aroused and most likely fap. So it's like an internal struggle to balance between going full porn or virgin playthough. You can slap this into almost any game - fps, rpg, platformer, sidescrollers, asymmetric etc even minecraft
The animations should be as good as they reasonably can, and if the game gives the player the opportunity to skip, struggle out, there's no reason they should last only 2 seconds
