create a new tag like "pregnant" and use this only for real pregnancy from here on forward? wouldn't be enoght? honest question, and leave the old tag for impregnation, without going retro on all others.

Or... they could implement 'Trusted User' addition / removal of tags. That would also require effort, but would permanently remove them from needing to take further actions.

so the game has a story mode, and then arcade modes, basically. You can impregnate her several times but there's only 1 actual pregnant scene if I remember right. (I played the game). It does focus more on its gameplay, you just get 10 or so sex scenes as a reward for completing the story and then doing the arcade mode with various options enables or disabled

If I remember, there auto save, but you go back into the previous progress
Maybe you play with autosave disabled?

I couldn't find her ovum and going into the main menu resets your progress... This game ain't for me.

If the area says "Void Ovary" you're in the wrong place, leave the ovary, go out the oviduct and enter the other one.

If you're on the second run, you must go there btw
its has mutated DNA for an upgrade. You can farm, I think the max per run is like 10(?) and you need kinda on endgame for going inside because so much radiation damage
