I think the prologue is the story.. as far as I can tell. You do a "story mode" as a tutorial, and then the rest of the game is grinding it to get the achievements and unlock the little CG scenes. Unless I've missed something.

GUIDE: farm a lot before going onto the next 'level'. Generally, get the right-hand side of the upgrades, then middle, then left hand side. It's compounding levelling game, so you want to get the upgrades that increase the amount of DNA you get for bursting polyps/antis. At the start of the game, only farm DNA until you get 2 levels for the skill that releases DNA from the polyps, then start bursting them. If you "rush" to the end level by trying to only get 5/10 on the lower levels, the hardest stages will be too annoying. Eventually you want to get damage and shield burst skills high so that instead of the antis hunting you, you're farming the antis to simply get more DNA.

I can't seem to execute the game properly and need help to fix it. In the full game, it constantly pops up a window that is completely transparent before it disappears in a few seconds. Meanwhile, for the demo (steam version), it shows an error that I don't have the driver updated.

There's a collection of scenes but it's really lackluster. You just continue after the prologue, doing each of the different areas individually with your stats being reset to the game's "recommended" level upon each new chapter (area) alongside a handful of lines of dialogue between Ayane and scientist guy.

There is no satisfaction from the story or any of its scenes, nor is there a pregnancy visual. Just a lot of grinding. So much more grinding than the actual game modes because you keep getting reset.

adding to this:
1. Your health always degenerates with time. There is eventually a healing mechanic to offset this.
2. It is very easy to die at higher level areas even with regen and full upgrades.
3. You are reset to half your cumulative experience when you die, but certain resources are NOT replenished

This means the game has a death spiral effect if you begin to die a lot, especially if you've already cleared out the earlier areas.

According to the dev on steam, they said that it requires "GPU that supports Vulkan 1.2 or higher." Or else it won't work. And mine is Vulkan 1.0.

i don't understand, i played this just fine using a ten year old computer. unless you're trying to play this on a toaster it should work.
