they're legit trying their best it seems. the dev mentioned biting off more than they could chew when it came to different aspects of game development, but they've been learning and progressing pretty well imo

the game was never abandoned. the dev just reworked alot of stuff since the last version update to make the game run more smooth and fix some bugs etc. and the dev is streaming alot each week aswell. join the discord to stay updated and get stream alerts so you can watch the progress yourself
