The file structure is broken.
You have to unzip the file in the OP this should give you the .html and then a zipped image file. You need to then unzip the image file directly into the same folder.

You need to search the park for the four leaf clover, when the matrix guy shows up don't go with him, continue to search. Then you'll find a key.
Next you have to try to get into school, the principle will kick you out.
Go to the park and speak to guillotine salesman and buy a guillotine
Go back to the principle and get out the guillotine. You will now have full access to the school
Go to the staff room and speak to both teachers.
Speak to the younger teacher again and she will have a box. You use the key you found to open the box and inside is the spy camera.
