Not sure this will help productivity, but most VN are either Kinetic or Chosen Paths. This VN is more based on Chosen Paths, which I like, ofcourse that will require more work for you T4bbo, but depending on how many paths you want to create it only adds to quality of life the more possible paths there are, specialy if you want a VN where Action - reaction, your choice - your consequentions are playing a role. Now it depends on how many developing the game, if you are a single developer it not adviced to branch of into to many paths, but focus on a max 2 or 3 possible endings. Now about those debates wheter there should be NTR or Harem paths, to be honest those discussions shouldn't be done anymore when the game is already in developing it only make it more complicated to work with. Basicly you start with your planning of the game, story paths you want and story written in big lines and then start developing and shaping the story in more detail during it and it's possible paths.
About your skills T4bbo, I can tell your renders, your chosen characters are all pretty well done, that scene with the bowling was nicely done and it only add to more quality to see moving pictures inside a VN, but also take in regard it will cost you again more time to develop such scenes. So my only advice will be to be more productive for you is stick to your original plan on which paths you wanted in the VN and keep creating those amazing good cutscene motion around it and don't let you get influenced by every possible kink people want to see if they were not planned.
