Can someone tell me what decides that Lara is on the pill or not? Because she was on the pill now in my playtrough and that has never happend to me before :unsure:

no pill = possibly more babies in future.

Haha i understand that but in my previous playtrough she wasn't on the pill and now she is for some reason, do you know what triggers it? Relationship points maybe?
