VN Ren'Py Abandoned Babysitting Cream: BetaMix Edition [v0.3.5] [Novilon]

Something says we should list key scenes that there are no images (And yet have never been) for at this point, even if not one for EVERY screen, though with the AI functionality...I can see it getting there more viably than ever before.

Not an artist or very familiar with AI generation but to avoid needing 6000+ images a format like this might be reasonable:

1. Starting scene as described by the game(Sonic reading book to Cream in her room with variants on the book depending choice if not too hard to create).

2. Slightly changed character positions/arousal states(Cream falling asleep or Sonic with bulge in clothes and wandering eyes).

3. For any sex scenes an establishing shot which can be modified to have different expressions or fluids as the scene progresses.

4. A climax image for Sonic and/or Cream that is either another modified starting shot or sometimes a new image depending on the scene(Cream asleep with a facial shot after the cartoons/movie in living room or her post-orgasm on her bed after using the carrot toy.)

5. Final image of reaction post-scene if required with a few reusable images based on the outcome and stats gained/lost during it.

Having a few images be repeats for poses and expressions that are frequently used and then do 2-5 custom scene images seems like it would be easier than trying to make each scene 100% unique.

Could have fun with some custom Bad End type images of Cream kicking Sonic in the chest/groin/face or a few of her screaming for help and running away. I think this version had a lot of the darker non-con stuff edited out but there may be a few of those scenes left as well if anyone wants to try their hand at them.

Now, that's probably overly nitpickey...and most won't care...at that point they are probably just into the salacious scene...but the way my brain works...It caught my attention. In fact in hindsight...I need to go do them all over again and see if the time pasage was variable at all...I was just noting it based on the change down to 15/30 that had been done for events in whichever change it was. ^_^;;

-None of the encounters with others: Sally, Amy, Knuckles, or Tails appear to pass any time/energy. I went through Tailsdom, 3x sally 2x amy, 2x knuckles, both to the 3some and alternate route for testing...and I only spent the energy for the phone calls, and did them all by 8:15 AM.

Is the special Ice Cream supposed to actually abate hunger? It got treated as a full meal, though Ice Cream in the mall and the snacks in the square only do a small amount (add 1 to hunger), as opposed to fully cooked meal/pizza (Reverts hunger to +5)...AND theres a lot of activity that would require energy/drain hunger going on when the special ice cream is in use...

Yeah, remnant of the old codes. Changed it to +3 now. Maybe less if people think that's still too much. Also, snacks at the Fountain Square now fill between 1 to 3 hunger bar based on the random snack you bought.

-Marine Arc: Text error or code error, 300 rings subtracted for the Grand sponsorship but the text says you hand over 500.

-Sally gives you the porn shop map perpetually even if you already have it if you invite her over and go through the sleeping with her schtick.

You dare challenge the Code Master? I'm tempted to just release v0.3.3 now since I already fixed the simpler bugs other than the time passing issues. But I'll probably hold until tomorrow, or I'll just include it as part of the v0.4 update. We'll see.

In other words, in vanilla.rpy line 269 a "hide cream" is missing (see 224 for an example).

Although a better solution, IMHO, would be to change overworld.rpy.
For example if line 115:
$ renpy.show(get_bg("Vanilla"))

Would be replaced with:
scene expression get_bg("Vanilla")

If you'd do that for all traversable locations, all old sprites will be hidden when you arrive at that location, so you don't have to pay as much attention to hide sprites after scenes end (because they get hidden anyway).

I made new images of Marine (even too many, by the way) with some inconsistencies but nothing too serious, unfortunately I couldn't edit because I did everything on my cell phone, I work far from where I live so I'm away all week and I only have Saturday to edit, if you want

I only just remembered that Aval0nx was part of a duo. The coder of the original was called Avian I believe.

The Credits scene already existed with all the ones who worked on the previous versions in BSC:BetaMix. I just update the list of successive versions, and added my name and the contributors that helped me

A sprite will stay on screen indefinitely unless you use either a 'hide' statement or a 'scene' statement. the scene statements entire purpose is to hide everything, and if you also pass along an image name the scene statement will forward that image to the show statement.

Basically its normal behavior for creme to stay on screen and if the code doesnt explicitly hide her, she'll be there forever

Please note: I have not been able to replicate this particular scenario yet, and I accidentally purged the save while looking to clear out some other crap, and all my saves for like every game on the computer in question are now zapped. Luckily...I game mostly on a different system these days, except for niche things like this. As I indicated, I think it is likely a rare one that almost no one else will ever find, and might not be worth altering a lot of code, will keep trying as time allows along with looking for other bugs.

If I had all the original sprites, I would do everything in 2 or 3 days, I'm even doing some using the prints, the bad thing is that the background comes with it and is not used for the game, but it already serves as a base and training in case the devs want to use the drawings I made in the AI

Well, couple things...I personally think the scene should be rewritten as it stands, to be less "violent/sudden" and more sort of hidden desire in BDSM fashion. You can open all the codes in the .rpy files in the game folder. These can be open even with just notepad. Notepad++ is better.

For just simple text dialogue coding,

(CHARACTER NAME) ("TEXT DIALOGUE")

Example:

Cream "Hi there Mr. Sonic. Would you like to play dolls with me?"

In BSC, Cream has already been defined as:

It's to make it easier to refer to the character. So you can just write-

c "Hi there Mr. Sonic. Would you like to play dolls with me?"

-instead.

It's already been fixed for Vanilla's room, Cream's room and another place. The code alteration by MrFluffums has been applied, so it shouldn't happen post v0.3.3/v0.4.

I found a 4th wall break where the "Narrator" speaks directly to you and then there's code altering the menu in that part of the game...(at least temporarily)

I don't know this one. Don't think I've ever encountered it before.

To keep Cream's top, you specifically need to have at least 400 RWC, OR at least -7 morality OR Cream comfortable to take off her Dress.

To "dominate" Tails, you need at least -12 morality.

That worked I did it in 3 days this time
