the game worked initially, but now stuck at launch with "Not Responding". Any solution? Other Renpy seems to work fine.

Mia and Kendra take too long to wash. Mia keeps wandering around, and the events in her room are unavailable. The gallery keeps resetting. Awakening levels aren't being maintained.
