I've seen this game a lot and never clicked to download due to the rating. BUT this is one of the few games I've watched the rating improve over time so now I'm interested in what turned it around!
1.start a new game could work, but the working button will still disappear after save/lode
2.kendra quest stepping up III don't work
Oh yes, as soon as you load a game, the taxi icon disappears.

So BigBoy, I have a suggestion for ya.... You want us to start using different clothes for all kinds of stuff, you need to provide shortcuts to get back to where we were when we couldn't do something because we had to go back home to change....
Make shortcuts along the right side of the screen... For example... Downtown, University, Beach, etc. It gets frustrating now with all this EXTRA SANDBOX RUNNING AROUND WASTING TIME to do simple things... Just a suggestion.... Other than that, I'm sure things will be ok... Thanks if ya do it, thanks for the work you're doing....
Even if it's a drop-down that has links, that will work, instead of clicking 5 to 10 times to get back to where ya were

Inside that fólder there is no folder's game. Under what name should It be?
I've started a new game and after my first driving lesson, the icon to do the second one and continue with Kendra's quest no longer appears. The same thing happens with the gym trainer job. Does anyone test the games before they are released?

Dangit.. I was almost done with the last version when I saw this updated. Downloaded it, started a new game and having the same issues as everyone else. Sad now... 
EDIT: I paused editing the script for this because I'd rather be able to play as I edit. It's better to see the scene while doing it...
