Work out at the gym and buy energy drinks at the grocery store.
Luck seems to be a route that opens when you pick up female passengers while driving a taxi.
(It's possible if you see additional rewards or scenes, not sure.)
I don't think there are any scenes with the soccer moms yet. Maybe in the next update.

It appears that you can buy the drug at a sex shop and apply it to a cup in the kitchen.

Cheats are not available in the public version only in the patreon version.
